Job Overview

Godrej Interio is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to join their team for Modular Kitchen sales at their Madhyamgram showroom in Kolkata. This role is offered on an off-roll basis through Innovsource payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the modular kitchen showroom.
• Analyze customer preferences and suggest appropriate modular kitchen products.
• Sell a variety of Godrej Modular Kitchen offerings such as modular kitchens, kitchen cabinets, pantry units, chimneys, pull-out storage systems, and kitchen accessories.
• Meet set monthly sales targets consistently.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide superior customer support.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment in the showroom.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective customers to aid the completion of sales.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or related sectors such as furniture, home appliances, consumer durables, or modular kitchens.
• Exhibits excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates a strong sales orientation with an ability to achieve targets.
• Experience in modular kitchen, furniture, home furnishing, or consumer durable sales is advantageous.
