About the Role
Join Boss Model Management Ltd as a Model Booker within our thriving Women's Division. Our agency, established in 1988 and respected globally, is known for launching fresh talent onto international platforms and managing a high-demand Mainboard. We value integrity, respect, and community, and seek dynamic, confident, and proactive individuals with a magnetic personality to become part of our vibrant agency team based in Manchester's Northern Quarter.
Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of model and agency representation.
- Guide model development to ensure career growth and market readiness.
- Maintain and expand established client contacts and relationships.
- Handle bookings for a diverse range of projects including editorial, fashion shows, advertising campaigns, e-commerce, TV commercials, and social initiatives.

Workplace and Compensation
This is a full-time position based onsite at our contemporary five-story studio and warehouse in Manchester's Northern Quarter. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills, offering up to £40,000 annually, with room for negotiation for exceptional candidates.
