Mobile Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Technician skilled in diagnosing and repairing smartphones and other mobile gadgets. This role involves handling issues related to displays, batteries, charging mechanisms, software glitches, and other routine repairs. The technician may also be required to offer doorstep services to customers, ensuring devices are carefully managed and customers are treated professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and fix problems in mobile devices including screens, batteries, and software.
• Deliver repair services at customer locations when necessary.
• Handle devices with care and maintain professional conduct during customer interactions.
• Ensure all repairs undergo thorough testing prior to returning devices to clients.
• Keep basic logs of repair jobs performed and parts replaced.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic to moderate understanding of mobile phone repair techniques.
• Previous experience in mobile repair is advantageous.

Remuneration

The monthly pay ranges from 25000 to 32000 INR.
