About the Role

We are seeking a committed and skilled Pilates & Personal Trainer to become part of an elite wellness team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers a comprehensive package with potential monthly earnings up to 16,000 SAR, plus commission. The role suits an enthusiastic fitness professional devoted to movement, strength enhancement, wellness, and providing exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group Pilates and personal training sessions (groups of 5–6 participants).
• Lead Reformer Pilates classes effectively.
• Guide clients in improving strength, conditioning, posture, alignment, mobility, and functional movement.
• Provide specialized training for pre and postnatal clients.
• Assist clients in reaching a wide range of health and wellness objectives.
• Design customized training plans tailored to individual client requirements.
• Create a motivating, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop strong client relationships fostering continuous progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer credentials are mandatory.
• Proficient experience with Reformer Pilates equipment and methods.
• Deep knowledge of strength training principles and movement mechanics.
• Previous experience or training in yoga and/or pre/postnatal coaching is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a positive and client-focused attitude.
• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and client wellbeing.
