Mnzil is a rapidly expanding prop-tech company revolutionizing workforce housing and real estate services throughout Saudi Arabia. The company's mobile application is central to how residents and operators engage with their services daily.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer specializing in React Native to take full ownership of Mnzil's mobile application on both iOS and Android platforms. This role involves transforming product concepts and designs into seamless, user-friendly features delivered to real customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage development and ongoing maintenance of the React Native app for iOS and Android.
- Translate product specifications and UI designs into robust, production-ready functionalities.
- Identify and resolve issues related to app performance, UI discrepancies, and crashes proactively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Produce clean, modular, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews to elevate engineering quality.
- Monitor technical debt and suggest improvements early in the development process.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years of practical experience in React Native development with apps launched on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Demonstrated history of developing polished consumer applications such as Drahim, Mala'a, or equivalents.
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript with deep knowledge of React Native integration with native mobile layers.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and managing state using libraries like Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Strong debugging skills, including detecting rendering inefficiencies, memory leaks, and device-specific bugs.
- Familiarity with Expo framework, Firebase services, mobile continuous integration/continuous deployment tools like Fastlane or Bitrise, and testing tools such as Jest or Detox is an advantage.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a bonus.
