Position Details

Role: Mobile Colleague

Location: Southampton and neighboring areas

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, onsite

Working Hours: 40 hours weekly across five days, including weekends, with opportunities for overtime after training completion

Annual Salary: Starting at £26,520, supplemented by uncapped weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers providing diverse services such as key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing, and dry cleaning
• Perform daily acts of kindness towards customers or colleagues as part of the company ethos
• Participate in thorough training programs from day one to acquire essential skills for the role
