About the Role
Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a committed Mobile Cleaner to uphold high cleanliness standards across multiple sites in the Welwyn Garden City region. This role involves servicing sheltered accommodation, extra care, and general council housing estates by traveling between locations to perform cleaning duties.
The Soft Facilities Management division at Pinnacle manages key services for residences, schools, universities, and public sector entities, aiming to foster safe, clean, and welcoming environments while emphasizing quality, community engagement, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company van to travel between assigned cleaning sites.
- Conduct cleaning of communal indoor areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, and kitchens.
- Sweep hard surface areas and perform litter picking on softer grounds.
- Clean windows accessible within arm's reach.
- Report any necessary repairs or maintenance to management promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a valid Full UK Driving Licence held for at least one year.
- Prior experience with cleaning services and operating cleaning machinery is essential.
- Physically capable of handling demanding cleaning equipment and machinery.
Working Conditions
Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, reflecting a mobile work environment requiring flexibility and independence.
