Overview

We are seeking a proficient Android Application Developer skilled in Java and Python programming, with a strong grasp of mobile computing and Android app development principles. The role involves building, testing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile applications to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and support Android applications using Java and the Android SDK.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into the mobile environment.
• Utilize Python for scripting, automation tasks, or backend connectivity as needed.
• Conduct debugging, rigorous testing, and fine-tuning for optimal application performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver superior mobile software solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve app-related issues and ensure wide compatibility across Android devices.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proficient in Java programming.
• Practical understanding of Python programming and scripting.
• Knowledge of Android application development and concepts related to mobile computing.
• Familiarity with Android Studio, Android SDK, and REST API integration.
• Experience with application testing, debugging, and versioning tools including Git.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin programming language.
• Familiarity with SQLite or comparable database technologies.
• Expertise in JSON handling, API integration, and ensuring mobile application security.
• Exposure to Agile development practices.

Eligibility

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between INR 300000 to INR 600000 annually.
