Role Overview

The Mobile App Development Trainer role is full-time and based at Edoxi’s Doha campus. Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led training on mobile app development topics, frameworks, and tools to learners ranging from novices to seasoned professionals. Key tasks involve designing and refining course content, developing practical exercises and projects, and ensuring all materials reflect the latest industry practices. Daily duties include conducting classroom sessions, mentoring students on coding tasks, providing detailed feedback, and guiding learners in developing portfolio-ready applications. Collaboration with other trainers and the academic team to enhance curricula and participate in assessments is also required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in training and development focused on technical or IT subjects.
• Proficiency in curriculum design, including creation of structured learning pathways and experiential project modules.
• Strong communication skills apt for conveying complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge or experience with HR practices relevant to learning and development, feedback, and engagement.
• Hands-on experience in mobile app development technologies such as Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; additional certifications favorable.
• Prior history as a technical trainer or educator in software/mobile app development is a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage and adapt teaching styles for diverse learner populations and maintain an inclusive environment.
