MIS Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a MIS Executive with at least one year of experience in the Motor Insurance domain. The role primarily focuses on data management and reporting related to motor insurance products, policies, premiums, and payouts. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling insurer grids and internal data systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update insurer grids and related data within internal systems with a high level of precision.
• Handle large datasets related to motor insurance with accuracy and consistency.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities involving MIS reporting and data analysis as needed.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless data flow and updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one year experience within the motor insurance sector.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic management of MIS/data handling processes.
• Strong understanding of motor insurance products, insurer operations, policy details, premium calculations, and commission or payout structures.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring data accuracy during grid updates and maintenance.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills for working with complex datasets.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
