MIS Executive

Position Summary

We are searching for a meticulous and seasoned MIS Executive/Data Entry Operator to join our team at a diamond and jewellery manufacturing organization in Surat, Katargam. This full-time role demands an individual with prior industry experience, adept at managing data, compiling reports, and ensuring precise record-keeping for operational activities.

Primary Duties

• Precisely input and update production, inventory, and operational data within ERP/MIS systems in a timely manner.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports and analytical dashboards to facilitate informed managerial decisions.
• Collaborate with production supervisors across departments, supporting data tracking for production and quality divisions.
• Maintain comprehensive logs covering raw material consumption, finished products, and dispatch records.
• Guarantee data accuracy and adherence to organizational compliance and standards through regular audits to detect inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with accounts, production, and human resources teams to consolidate data and aid the management in report preparation for client meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Three to four years' experience working in MIS or data entry roles within the diamond or jewellery manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP/MIS platforms, and other data management technologies.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
• Capable of working autonomously and consistently meeting deadlines.
