The company partners with brand owners and manufacturing collaborators to create and scale innovative beverage products across multiple categories, focusing on product development, marketing strategy, and effective distribution.
Role Overview
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and automating all business reporting and MIS structures. This role involves delivering actionable insights on sales, inventory, and scheme performance to assist leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales, inventory, and promotional schemes.
- Monitor distributor sales, secondary off-take figures, scheme utilizations, and channel stock inventories.
- Create dynamic dashboards and automate Excel-based data models to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Maintain complete data accuracy by validating raw data from field teams and distributors prior to consolidation.
- Develop detailed presentations and variance analyses for reviews with senior management.
- Utilize advanced Excel capabilities including VBA/Macros and Power Query to automate recurring reporting processes.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Must possess expert-level proficiency in MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros.
- Minimum of two years’ experience managing sales or operations MIS within FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or retail industries.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail with strong analytical skills and the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Computer Applications or closely related fields.
Performance Metrics
- Consistently achieve 100% on-time delivery for all MIS reports.
- Ensure zero errors in published data and dashboard outputs.
- Improve reporting process efficiency through automation.
- Proactively identify and report discrepancies in sales and inventory data.
