MIS Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an MIS Executive to join the Operations/MIS department on a full-time basis, stationed in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and timely submission of various MIS reports alongside handling and analyzing datasets to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track business performance.
• Gather, organize, and validate data from multiple internal sources, ensuring data accuracy.
• Design and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards utilizing features such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, and complex formulas.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed performance insights through reports.
• Reconcile data with large datasets to identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.
• Liaise with different internal teams to collect necessary data and facilitate smooth reporting processes.
• Deliver ad-hoc analytical reports and presentations to assist management decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and charts.
• Experience with data management, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Sheets is essential; familiarity with Power BI and basic SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
