MIS Analyst

Overview

Tek Ninjas is seeking a meticulous and analytical MIS Analyst to join their Hyderabad office, specializing in US staffing and recruitment. This full-time role demands 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and involves working on-site with US shifts. The incumbent will be responsible for managing recruitment-related reports, tracking employee productivity, and delivering business performance dashboards to aid leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage MIS reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Track recruitment activities and individual performances through daily employee productivity reports.
• Compose weekly to quarterly employee performance documents and client scorecards.
• Produce and interpret recruitment MIS reports focusing on candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, and placements metrics.
• Design dashboards using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and advanced Excel features for comprehensive data insights.
• Ensure data integrity by validating, reconciling, and maintaining accurate reports consistently.
• Analyze trends in recruitment performance and deliver insightful analyses to management.
• Create customized reports and visual dashboards per managerial requirements.
• Facilitate efficient data handling and reporting to support operational functions.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and reporting managers for data collection, validation, and compilation.
• Identify and propose improvements to streamline reporting procedures and enhance data accuracy.
• Undertake additional reporting and data management tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience specific to MIS reporting within the US staffing or recruitment sector.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, PivotTables, and PivotCharts.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and its reporting functions.
• Experience designing employee productivity analyses and recruitment performance documents.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities for data interpretation.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Ability to deliver multiple reports under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Understanding of recruitment metrics such as candidate pipelines, interview processes, and placement tracking.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, VBA, or automating reporting workflows is beneficial.
• Experience supporting US staffing recruitment teams and leadership reporting.
