About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established OEM manufacturer seeking a dedicated Millwright to join their day shift team in Innisfil, Ontario. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage, benefits package, bonuses, and pension matching incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance on various machinery including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, CNC equipment, robots, and conveyor systems.
- Install new machines efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate closely with fellow millwrights, electricians, and automation technicians on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in welding and machining tasks as part of regular duties.
Mandatory Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within an OEM fabrication environment focused on machine assembly.
- Possession of a valid 433A Industrial Millwright License.
- Proficiency in working with automated machinery such as welding and material handling robots, specifically Fanuc models.
- Ability to interpret schematic drawings for effective equipment repair.
Additional Details
- Location: Innisfil, Ontario.
- Work Hours: Straight day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Compensation: $47.00 per hour plus benefits and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) contributions.
