About the Role
Join a dynamic and encouraging team as a Milling Operator with VINCI Construction's BA Blacktop Group of Companies. You will actively engage in operating and maintaining milling machinery, ensuring smooth workflow within the milling crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and upkeep of milling machines.
- Assist fellow milling operators with various duties as needed.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a strong dedication to work and eagerness to acquire new skills.
- Experience handling heavy equipment or having relevant certifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Open to comprehensive training programs provided by the company.
