Formed by merging three specialist firms—Good Relations (consumer), Harvard (technology), and Teamspirit (financial services)—it operates as a fully integrated, cross-sector powerhouse of around 150 staff. The agency is driven by innovation, using advanced synthetic audience tools and proprietary AI to create captivating, influential campaigns that redefine industry standards.

Role Overview

This newly created midweight earned-media creative position seeks a dynamic and imaginative individual to join the creative team responsible for delivering compelling campaign ideas. The role focuses on harnessing earned media channels including PR, social, and influencer strategies primarily for consumer and tech clients, with occasional projects in financial services. You will collaborate with a broad creative team and contribute to campaigns for notable clients like Bosch, PepsiCo, Halfords, Krispy Kreme, National Rail, Bloomberg, Salesforce, Getty Images, and Palo Alto Networks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with consumer and technology brands, influencing both consumer and business markets.
  • Identify and apply contemporary cultural and creative trends to craft impactful brand ideas.
  • Leverage expert knowledge of social media platforms, mainly Meta and TikTok, for innovative influencer campaign activations.
  • Develop on-strategy earned media ideas that perform effectively in editorial channels, underpinned by a robust creative portfolio.
  • Formulate clear, strategically grounded creative concepts and communicate them convincingly.

Required Expertise and Skills

  • Prior agency experience as a creative, particularly with editorial PR and social media influencer campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic earned media ideas with measurable results.
  • Experience serving a variety of sectors including food and drink, FMCG, technology, retail, and travel targeting both consumer and B2B audiences.
  • Strong presentation and pitching capabilities with an ability to root ideas in insight and effectively argue their value to clients.
  • Competent in managing creative workflows from briefing through to campaign development and activation.
  • Adaptable and capable of multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse specialists and external vendors to enrich campaign content with video, photography, editing, and post-production.

Personal Attributes

  • Genuine enthusiasm for creativity and advertising.
  • Resilience and tenacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
  • Proactive work approach combined with a readiness to learn and contribute hands-on.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Approachable and amicable, effective at quickly building strong working relationships and contributing to team success.
  • Alignment with agency values emphasizing inclusivity and excellence.
