We are seeking a creative and team-oriented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to enrich our dynamic studio environment.

Role Overview

The right candidate will possess a positive attitude and an energetic approach, capable of producing striking, engaging visual materials for prominent commercial property brands. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the creative team to generate and implement designs for branding, campaigns, website content, and digital assets.
  • Interpreting creative briefs with innovative ideas while adhering to project deadlines.
  • Transforming concepts into polished visuals suitable for various media.
  • Managing concurrent projects, adjusting priorities based on deadlines and project complexity.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies and sharing knowledge to foster innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Creative Graphic Designer experienced in both B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Skilled at adapting design work to match specific brands, target markets, and channel requirements.
  • Capable critical thinker and problem solver who balances big-picture creativity with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Enjoys diversity in work and adept at producing fresh concepts across different campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years in graphic design.
  • Experience in the property sector and agency background preferred but not mandatory.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating range and capability.
  • Web design and UI skills are advantageous but not essential.
