Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with a minimum of three years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and a total of at least seven years in enterprise AI and Power Platform technologies. The position is located in Doha, Qatar, and requires onsite presence. The successful candidate will join a pioneering AI transformation initiative for a major energy company, working on cutting-edge generative AI and enterprise copilot solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, deploy, and manage intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop enterprise copilots and conversational AI platforms integrated with Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Connect enterprise applications via APIs, connectors, and Azure services to enable seamless data and process integration.
• Design prompt engineering, grounding methods, knowledge management, and AI workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), generative AI models, and AI governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with business users and subject matter experts to translate functional needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and documentation of enterprise copilot implementations.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio (mandatory).
• At least 3 years experience working extensively on Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with Azure AI services and Microsoft Azure platform.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise connectors.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Understanding of AI governance principles and security standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Certification as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Certifications or training in Copilot Studio or AI technologies.
• Proven participation in enterprise AI and automation projects.
• Insight into Agentic AI and conversational design strategies.
