Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Executive to design, implement, and enhance Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns tailored for various e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) clients based in Surat, Gujarat.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, initiate, and oversee Meta advertising campaigns specifically for e-commerce brands.
• Create and manage sales, lead generation, and retargeting funnels across top, middle, and bottom of the funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF).
• Monitor key performance indicators such as daily Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click Through Rate (CTR), and Cost Per Mille (CPM), adjusting budgets accordingly to optimize results.
• Conduct experiments testing creatives, target audiences, and ad copy to identify and scale high-performing ads.
• Set up and troubleshoot Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and product catalog integrations.
• Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Collaborate with the creative department to produce compelling ad videos and images.
• Ensure compliance with Meta's advertising policies to maintain account integrity and safety.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager platforms.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing funnels, retargeting strategies, and A/B creative testing.
• Proficiency in basic spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati and a foundational command of English.

Compensation Details

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 8000 to 20000 Indian Rupees.
