Messenger/Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and professional Messenger/Driver based in Riyadh to facilitate smooth business operations. The individual will be tasked with the secure and prompt transportation of documents, packages, and personnel, alongside handling fundamental administrative errands.

Key Duties

• Transport documents, parcels, and materials safely between various offices, clients, and government institutions.
• Provide driving assistance to staff and visitors when necessary.
• Ensure items are collected and delivered punctually while keeping confidentiality intact.
• Assist in handling official paperwork, including submissions and collections from ministries or banks.
• Keep detailed delivery records and secure appropriate signatures or receipts.
• Perform regular checks on the vehicle and maintain its cleanliness, safety, and upkeep.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company guidelines.
• Support additional office errands such as banking, procurement of supplies, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license with a clean driving history.
• Use of the candidate's personal vehicle is required, which must have valid insurance, registration, and comply with local laws.
• Proven track record in a similar messenger, driver, or courier position.
• Comprehensive understanding of Riyadh's roadways, routes, and important locations including government offices.
• Basic Arabic reading and writing skills; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and discretion.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Physical fitness to manage light lifting tasks if necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting with government portals or handling document processing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Experience in customer service roles.

Working Conditions

• The position is Riyadh-based with frequent city travel.
• Flexibility in working hours might be required depending on business demands.
