Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MERN Stack Developer with a focus on ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB to build scalable and responsive web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and developing reusable UI components, integrating frontend apps with backend APIs, and managing database schemas. Additionally, you will create and maintain backend modules, optimize application performance, and handle mobile app deployment on Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using ReactJS technology.
• Create cross-platform mobile apps leveraging React Native to serve both iOS and Android users.
• Build reusable frontend UI components and libraries to expedite development cycles.
• Integrate frontend with backend services, REST APIs, and essential third-party tools such as payment gateways, maps, and push notifications (limited to 12 core integrations).
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas focusing on CRUD operations for moderately complex datasets.
• Develop and sustain Node.js backend modules handling the API layer, authentication workflows, and core business logic.
• Enhance application performance, speed, and scalability across various browsers and mobile devices.
• Generate production builds for Android and iOS, perform thorough testing, and publish apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver quality software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly to maintain application stability.
• Adhere to coding standards, security best practices, proper documentation, and version control processes.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools throughout the workflow to accelerate tasks such as scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation while ensuring code ownership and understanding.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience with React Native for building mobile applications.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and crafting responsive web designs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and querying.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Node.js with the ability to build and maintain API modules independently.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor AI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar assistants to enhance coding productivity.

AI-Assisted Development Experience

• Practical use of AI-powered development tools to speed development processes including debugging, refactoring, code reviews, and generating documentation.
• Understanding when AI-generated code requires manual oversight or revision to maintain quality and security standards.

Mobile App Deployment Expertise

• Experience producing stable and production-ready Android and iOS app builds.
• Skilled in deploying and maintaining apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with app signing, managing provisioning profiles, certificates, store compliance, and release management practices.
• Preferred prior experience with iOS app submissions due to the intricacies involved with certificates and provisioning.
