Job description
Job Overview
The Merchandising Associate will contribute to enhancing and standardizing product displays to improve customer shopping experiences and boost sales. This position entails carrying out merchandising resets and servicing tasks according to product planograms and related merchandising execution guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement merchandising resets as directed by the Planogram Team.
- Assist with the deployment of merchandising projects including end caps, dump bins, and promotional areas.
- Manage merchandising of seasonal displays.
- Execute merchandising schemes for special promotions and advertising initiatives.
- Maintain display functionality, ensure bay sets are clean, correctly priced, restocked, front-faced, and detailed.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm.
Qualifications
- A passion for merchandising and previous related experience.
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient use of software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with various organizational teams.
- Basic competency with hand tools, drills, and saws necessary for the role.
- Task-oriented and results-driven with strong prioritization skills.
