BIG is a leading experiential and field marketing company operating a mobile workforce of over 2,500 members across Australia and New Zealand.

Role Overview

Located in Canterbury, this role involves casual responsibilities maintaining and growing store partnerships for major FMCG brands in retail outlets.

Working Hours and Locations

Position 1:
Approximately 15 hours weekly covering Pak N Save and New World Timaru, plus New World Temuka.
First visit on Sunday or Monday, second on Wednesday or Thursday.
Tasks include display setups on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings.
Flexibility to assist with other tasks is preferred.

Position 2:
Up to 5 hours weekly at New World Kaikoura.
Visits scheduled similarly to Position 1 with Sunday/Monday and Wednesday/Thursday timings.
Includes display assembly on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings.

Additional Duties

• Completion of CSR-related assignments and store inspections
• Meeting deadlines associated with campaign activities

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and nurturing strong store relationships
• Setting up Point of Sale materials
• Conducting audits, compliance, and quality assessments
• Submitting task updates and high-quality photos daily using smartphones or tablets
• Professionally representing BIG and its clients

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in retail or supermarkets is valued but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, organizational aptitude, and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work independently
• Willingness to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
