Role Overview

The Merchandiser role focuses on delivering exemplary customer service through stocking, merchandising diverse products, constructing displays, and completing store resets. Assignments span grocery, convenience, club stores, and retail chains within a designated territory.

Primary Duties

• Maintain exemplary customer service standards with client accounts.
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products efficiently on shelves and displays.
• Support delivery operations by assisting drivers in unloading, order verification, and stocking.
• Construct attractive wine and beer display arrangements.
• Execute store resets as required, maintaining territory consistency.
• Stay informed on company operations, industry trends, and applicable governmental regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; further education is desirable.
• Ability to adhere to assigned work schedules.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or stocking preferred.
• Familiarity with wine and beer industries is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Capability to repeatedly lift 40 to 60 pounds safely.
• Passing of drug screening, physical examination, and background check is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an hourly wage between $20 and $22, with actual pay determined by factors such as qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union membership, and market standards.
