Merchandiser

About the Role

Floydeez is expanding its presence in the Meru and Nyeri regions following the launch of its new Achari product range, including unique flavors such as Black Currant, Apple, Raspberry, Mango, Chilli, and Original. We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dependable Merchandisers to represent our brand and ensure excellent product visibility and availability across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive and well-stocked displays of Floydeez products, including Achari range, flavoured popcorn, Mabuyu, roasted and coated peanuts, and Temptations at assigned retail locations.
• Achieve and sustain On-Shelf Availability (OSA) targets by promptly resolving stock or shelving issues.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with store personnel and management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Adhere to planned routes and visit schedules consistently to cover all assigned outlets.
• Deliver daily reports on inventory levels, sales metrics, competitor activity, and any outlet challenges encountered.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and support new product rollouts, especially the Achari range.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates must be based in or willing to work across the Meru and/or Nyeri regions.
• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or a similar role within the FMCG sector is a considerable advantage.
• Physical fitness to manage regular travel between multiple retail outlets is essential.
• Highly reliable and organized, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills necessary for accurate daily reporting.
