Job Overview

As a Merchandiser at Fine Hygienic Holding based in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing merchandising strategies that drive product appeal and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective merchandising plans.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to evaluate product demands.
• Arrange and replenish product displays on sales floors to attract customers.
• Keep retail teams informed about product features and promotional activities.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels for accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and market analysts to negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Optimize product presentation to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Develop store layout schemes and maintain inventory organization on shelves.
• Project sales forecasts and manage budget plans.
• Track stock turnover and consider promotional activities such as markdowns, price adjustments, or clearance sales.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and coordinate with channel partners to support pipeline development and closing deals.
• Stay informed about the latest industry standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of a high school diploma.
• Prior experience in Modern Trade Merchandising is advantageous.
• Proficient communication skills, both oral and written.
• Commercial insight with the ability to understand customer behavior.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
