Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located at the Tiruppur facility. The primary responsibilities involve overseeing client communications, coordinating production timelines, and ensuring delivery of superior garment quality within scheduled deadlines. Daily duties include close interaction with design and production departments, guaranteeing that customer specifications are met, and supervision of the entire order lifecycle from initial placement through to shipment. Market trend research also forms part of the role to guide product innovation and maintain strong client relations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and customer service prowess to effectively interact with clients and fulfill their requirements.
• Proven experience in sales and retail to grasp consumer preferences and contribute to business expansion.
• Understanding of marketing tactics to aid in product promotion and establish enduring brand collaborations.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple timelines, schedules, and projects efficiently.
• Team-oriented approach for collaboration with cross-functional groups including design and manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of garment production workflows and quality control is advantageous.
• Educational background with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related area is strongly preferred.
