Role Overview

As a Merchandiser for PepsiCo's popular beverage brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, you will ensure that local and large format stores are well-stocked with fresh products and engaging displays, providing great service to communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize PepsiCo products on shelves, coolers, and displays to meet planned merchandising strategies.
• Rotate products and inspect expiration dates to maintain freshness, quality, and adequate inventory levels.
• Transfer products from storage areas to sales floors, maintaining a tidy and safe backroom environment.
• Construct and upkeep promotional displays, including signage and banners, supporting both national and local campaigns.
• Collaborate with store personnel to communicate needs, foster relationships, and utilize handheld devices to process orders and maintain daily records, receiving necessary training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Access to personal transportation to travel among multiple retail locations within a shift.
• Ability and willingness to drive to stores spread across various geographic areas.
• Availability to work on holidays if required.
• Physical capability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull product cases weighing between 20 to 45 pounds over a 10-12 hour work period, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to bend, reach, and squat during the workday, with or without accommodations.
