Merchandiser (Beverages)

Position Overview

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to join their Madison, WI team. This role involves maintaining product presentation and stock levels in retail stores, ensuring beverages are attractively displayed and easy for customers to find. The position offers flexible start times and requires independent work while visiting multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking, rotating, and organizing beverage products on shelves and in coolers to maintain optimal presentation.
• Creating and upholding visually appealing product displays at various retail locations.
• Ensuring shelves remain fully stocked, neatly faced, and orderly.
• Checking product expiration dates and rotating inventory to guarantee freshness.
• Maintaining clean and well-organized backstock areas.
• Transferring products from storage to sales floor shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
• Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with store staff.
• Adhering to all company merchandising protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Handling additional merchandising tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer locations.
• Capability to lift and handle loads of up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic with dependable attendance records.
• Professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers and retail personnel.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing time and organization effectively.
• Good verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to remain active and perform manual tasks throughout the workday.
