Position Overview

The Merchandiser role, based in Hagen, reports directly to the Regional Merchandising Manager - Highlands. The primary duties involve developing creative product displays, ensuring the proper execution of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory methods, strategically placing point of sale materials (POSM), maintaining correct product assortment for CCEP, and providing necessary assistance to the Trade Marketing Representative.

Candidate Profile

• Well-groomed, personable, and capable of working independently in a demanding environment.
• Must have completed Grade 12 or possess a certificate in Sales or Customer Service; alternatively, Grade 10 with merchandising or related field experience is acceptable.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service is considered an asset.
• Holding a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Tok Pisin communication is necessary.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and complete assigned work within set deadlines.
• Capable of teamwork and responsive communication with various stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.
