Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Merchandiser position based in Kanpur involves managing customer interactions and orders, boosting existing business, and pursuing new business development opportunities. Ideal candidates will have experience working in merchandising roles within manufacturing sectors such as textiles, equestrian products, safety gear, or garments.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Engage effectively with customers, addressing their needs and handling order processing.
• Promote existing business as well as identify and develop new business prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel and internal teams.
• Utilize computer skills proficiently, especially Microsoft Excel, to support operational tasks.
• Travel between store locations within Kanpur as required and manage time efficiently.
