Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proficient MEP Site Engineer with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering along with strong project management abilities. The role involves managing and coordinating the installation, upkeep, and repairs of MEP systems across multiple building projects. The engineer will work closely with architects, construction teams, and clients to ensure systems meet design specifications and industry standards, focusing on sustainable and cost-efficient solutions while fostering professional growth within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site MEP installations, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities between project managers, architects, and subcontractors to align MEP tasks with overall project goals.
• Use AutoCAD software to review and update MEP drawings as required during construction.
• Implement and uphold quality control processes to guarantee optimal functioning of MEP systems.
• Maintain detailed project records, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols on-site to secure a safe work environment.
• Identify and address MEP system issues promptly, providing innovative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to share project updates and resolve concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) is mandatory.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an MEP Site Engineer within the UAE, specifically in the MEP fit-out industry.
• Preferred experience with both interior and MEP fit-out projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP services including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire fighting systems.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD for MEP layout and design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to operate independently and cooperatively within a fast-paced environment.
