Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position involves leading and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. The MEP Projects Manager will focus on effective communication with stakeholders and proactive problem resolution to guarantee project success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing detailed project plans.
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Allocating and optimizing resources efficiently.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects.
- Maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Executing project tasks according to schedule.
- Monitoring project performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with an equivalency certificate.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Mandatory prior experience working with an MEP company.
- Availability to join immediately.
