MEP Procurement Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting Sprinkler, Electrical systems, and related spare parts or consumables efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire equipment, materials, and systems that meet project quality and specification standards.
• Procure required items and subcontract services promptly within the approved budget.
• Verify stock availability in central and sub stores prior to placing any orders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of equipment, materials, and systems to facilitate site installations as per the approved schedule.
• Adhere strictly to management-approved procurement procedures focusing on time, cost, and quality.
• Prepare and manage documentation for internal procurement processes.
• Coordinate the return of surplus materials from sites back to central stores on a monthly basis and share updated logs with relevant departments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Uphold the company's reputation through fair dealings and prompt payments.

Required Experience

Candidates must bring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in this field.
