MEP Procurement Coordinator

Overview

Sawaed Al-Tashyeed Company is looking for a Procurement Officer focusing on the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) field. Ideal candidates must have relevant experience in the Saudi Arabian market as well as strong supplier network connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct local procurement activities aligned with established policies and procedures, including issuing purchase orders.
• Solicit and evaluate quotations to ensure the most advantageous purchasing conditions.
• Engage in supplier negotiations concerning pricing, payment conditions, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely follow-up on purchase orders until goods receipt is confirmed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfill operational demands.
• Regularly maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an equivalent procurement role within the Saudi market, considered mandatory.
• Practical experience using ERP systems for invoice processing and inventory tracking.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools and in preparing reports.
• Possession of a valid residency permit and driving license.
