MEP Facility Manager

Role Overview

This role is based in Mumbai and involves comprehensive oversight of maintenance and management of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting infrastructure. The position requires handling vendor management, labor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, breakdown repairs, and AMC/CAMC for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and related systems.
• Coordinate schedules, manage vendors and labor to ensure efficient functioning of the facility.
• Perform on-site inspections, engage in client meetings, and ensure adherence to safety norms.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize maintenance processes.
• Review and analyze BOQ, design reports, and service layouts to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in MEP design, coordination, and overall project management.
• Working knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, sleeve treatments, and their integration into facility operations.
• Experience with institutional or educational facility projects preferred.
• Advanced familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in MEP facility management or equivalent roles.
• Age preferred between 27 and 35 years.
• Strong understanding of MEP system safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between ₹50,000 and ₹70,000.
