Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Expertise in MEP estimating or cost planning within construction, building services, or consultancy frameworks
• Ability to produce thorough detailed estimates, cost plans, and tender evaluations
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, construction costs, and procurement processes
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CostX, InEight, or comparable tools
• Experience in data centre projects is favorable, though candidates from other technically complex building sectors will be considered
