Job Overview
ThunderSoft India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Memory Layout Engineer to join their Bangalore team. This role requires extensive knowledge in memory layout design and proficiency with industry-standard Cadence tools.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess at least 5 years of solid experience specializing in memory layout design.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient with Cadence software including Virtuoso Layout, Layout XL, Schematic Capture, and verification tools such as CALIBRE and Hercules.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in layout for submicron semiconductor processes, including advanced nodes like 2nm, 3nm, 5nm, 7nm, and A14.
- Have experience working on digital layouts covering standard cells, memory arrays, and input/output circuits; analog layout skills will be advantageous.
Additional Information
Location of the role is Bangalore, India, with a notice period of 0 to 45 days.
