Role Overview
The position of Member at OBAS is a permanent, on-location role based in Koye. The individual in this role is responsible for contributing to daily operational duties, assisting team efforts, and engaging in the planning and implementation of projects. Key activities include coordinating with peers, maintaining detailed records, aiding in problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols. The Member works collaboratively to optimize workflows, enhance service delivery, and fulfill organizational aims. This job requires a consistent full-time presence on-site, active engagement in meetings, and a dedication to cultivating a constructive and efficient work atmosphere.
