Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to drive sales and expand our brand presence within the assigned territory in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals and wellness outlets to promote our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals in your designated area.
- Regularly visit doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, gyms, wellness retail stores, distributors, and retailers to promote products.
- Deliver thorough product presentations, distribute samples, and conduct promotional activities to educate customers.
- Identify and develop new leads, onboard clients and distributors, and open up new market segments.
- Manage order bookings, coordinate product dispatches, and assist with payment collection from customers.
- Organize daily field visits and calls strategically to maximize territory coverage and customer engagement.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales, customer visits, orders, and market conditions.
- Take part in exhibitions, B2B meetings, product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Facilitate payment collection and support product delivery as needed.
- Engage actively in trade shows, medical and FMCG events, flea markets, and other offline promotional initiatives to generate sales leads and boost brand awareness.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration package ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 60,000, depending on performance and experience.
