Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Representative with a Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy to effectively promote our pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product promotions to meet the established sales budgets within your designated area.
- Execute marketing and business strategies devised by management to drive growth.
- Provide market and competitor insights and feedback to the Product Management team.
- Identify new potential markets and customers across your territory.
- Manage relationships with stockists and carrying & forwarding agents (C&F).
- Maintain a daily doctor call average of at least 10+1 and ensure medical call report (MCR) coverage of 95% or higher.
- Conduct a minimum of 5 chemist visits daily.
- Secure personal order bookings to maintain sufficient product availability to meet prescription demands.
- Organize and participate in symposiums, seminars, and doctors’ group meetings.
- Attend all cycle briefing meetings and other company meetings as scheduled.
- Plan daily activities and submit daily call reports using the PHYZII tool.
- Consistently achieve and exceed your territory’s yearly performance metrics (YPM).
- Submit expense reports punctually.
Additional Information
Applicants must hold either a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
Compensation
The monthly salary range is between 13,000 and 19,000 INR.
