Key Duties

• Assess discharged patient records to confirm completeness and correctness.
• Conduct quantitative evaluations of patient documentation.
• Detect incomplete or deficient records and initiate follow-ups to address gaps.
• Maintain logs tracking documentation deficiencies for physicians and nurses.
• Create detailed weekly and monthly reports on documentation quality.
• Assist healthcare personnel in meeting documentation requirements.
• Guarantee adherence to medical record management policies and standards.
• Safeguard patient data confidentiality consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree is essential.
• At least one year of experience handling medical records or healthcare administration.
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation protocols.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of JCI accreditation standards is beneficial.
