Job description
Role Overview
As a vital link between innovative creative concepts and their effective implementation, the Media Planner will cultivate and expand key media client relationships. Supporting the Media Operations team, this role focuses on cultivating platform partnerships, leveraging data storytelling, and delivering impactful presentations that demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns across digital channels such as Search, Display, and Site-Direct.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign logistics to guarantee flawless project execution.
- Develop and lead digital and social media campaign strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Pinterest.
- Manage daily and weekly client engagements, facilitating calls and meetings to present performance insights and address client requests.
- Collaborate with Investment, Activation, and Data teams to advocate for client objectives internally.
- Analyze campaign data to produce actionable insights and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovate and refine workflows and strategies to enhance client success and organizational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally to create best practices, develop case studies, and contribute viewpoints on emerging industry trends.
- Foster a dynamic agency culture by demonstrating curiosity, thoughtfulness, and boldness in approach.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience spanning 4 to 5+ years.
- Experience managing clients within complex organizations, preferably in digital-first environments.
- Strong expertise in digital media channels, social platforms, and data analytics.
- Proactive self-starter capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising detail orientation.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with critical thinking skills.
- Innovative thinker comfortable challenging conventional methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data presentations.
Additional Information
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Work Location: Studio Pearse Street, Block C, Magennis Ct, Magennis Place, Dublin 2, D02 FK76, Ireland.
Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 annually
