Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager specializing in Paid Media Operations & Delivery based in Singapore or Sydney. This role drives the execution, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and countries within the APAC region, including Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, and China. The position requires an individual with a strong focus on results, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of paid media operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery, activation, quality assurance, and performance management of integrated paid media campaigns across brand, social, and programmatic channels.
- Ensure all campaign timelines, production standards, specifications, and quality benchmarks are strictly adhered to.
- Perform routine audits to confirm creative deliverables align with specifications, schedules, and compliance regulations.
- Monitor media schedules to guarantee synchronization with campaign timelines and licensing or asset removal deadlines.
- Manage detailed tracking of creative deliverables, including live dates and campaign performance data, using Airtable.
- Cross-verify records between Airtable and media partner trafficking spreadsheets to ensure all deliverables are properly received, processed, and executed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of creative assets globally to enhance campaign transparency and coordination.
- Provide thorough status reporting for active campaigns across central and international markets.
- Oversee client-side tracking, QA routing, campaign setup, and ongoing monitoring across diverse media platforms supporting thousands of creative assets annually.
- Collaborate closely with media agencies to ensure accurate tracking and flawless execution of creative assets.
- Coordinate creative deliverables between production teams, program management, media agencies, and creative partners.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of media plans and facilitate the delivery of necessary creative assets accordingly.
- Identify and specify required media deliverables for brand campaigns.
- Support media partnerships and influencer collaborations, including handling content approvals, regulatory considerations, and asset delivery workflows.
- Work alongside Business Affairs teams to monitor and enforce asset licensing timelines and ensure timely asset removal post-licensing.
- Seek opportunities to streamline creative delivery processes by implementing new systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain updated media placement specifications and effectively communicate requirements to production and creative teams.
- Support global Media Operations and Delivery teams to execute campaigns effectively across time zones, especially during intense launch periods.
- Partner with APAC Media Leads and senior media stakeholders to refine campaign planning, asset configurations, channel selections, and platform usage best practices.
- Establish standardized operating procedures and optimize media workflows across media agencies and internal teams.
- Contribute to automating and improving operational workflows to boost efficiency, delivery speed, accuracy, and measurement capacity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in media trafficking, paid media operations, brand marketing, or strategic media planning.
- Strong background in digital marketing, programmatic execution, global campaign delivery, media operations, or advertising.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager, plus analytics and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with creative asset management, trafficking, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Knowledge of influencer content boosting, local advertising practices, and programmatic media.
- Familiarity with Airtable and managing operational databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Google Drive.
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Campaign Manager for digital ad tracking and serving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record delivering complex media campaigns across multiple markets in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
