About the Role

Christy Media Solutions is partnering with a prominent media and technology corporation in Doha, Qatar to hire a Media Innovation Manager. This senior, hands-on position requires a blend of media industry insight with robust expertise in product development, technology, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation programs, pilot projects, and product initiatives from idea inception to final delivery.
• Investigate the application of AI, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies in media contexts.
• Discover new opportunities for digital products, services, and platforms.
• Operate across various media domains including video, streaming services, immersive technology, and digital media.
• Collaborate with technology firms, startups, and industry partners to foster innovative solutions.
• Oversee project management components such as timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
• Engage with senior leadership to transform concepts into commercially viable and technically sound initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the media, entertainment, or media technology sectors.
• Background in product development, innovation, venture building, or working with emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving technology or product initiatives from conception through execution.
• Solid knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and related emerging technologies.
• Balanced skill set combining technical/product insight and commercial acumen.
• Strong capabilities in project, program, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in startups, incubation environments, or innovation programs is a plus.
