Job Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with hands-on experience in swimming pool construction projects to oversee mechanical operations on site. The role demands strong knowledge of pool systems and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise Required
- Demonstrate proven skills in mechanical aspects of swimming pool installations.
- Deep understanding of pool systems, equipment, and installation procedures.
- Oversee site supervision including managing and directing manpower.
- Coordinate efforts among engineers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Conduct installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting activities hands-on.
- Possess familiarity with associated mechanical and civil works pertinent to pool projects.
- Monitor ongoing work to assure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be currently residing in Qatar with immediate availability.
- Possession of a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory.
