Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site Mechanical General Helper role located in the UAE. The role involves assisting technicians and engineers with routine mechanical operations such as basic maintenance, cleaning, tool preparation, and organizing workspaces. Daily responsibilities include aiding in the assembly and disassembly of mechanical parts, supporting inspection processes, managing materials and components, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Effective communication with supervisors and coworkers is essential to maintain workflow.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic maintenance capabilities to assist with routine mechanical servicing tasks.
- Strong focus on safety and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual duties such as lifting and standing for long periods in workshop or industrial settings.
- Vocational training or certifications relevant to mechanical or automotive disciplines is advantageous.
- Previous experience in helper or assistant roles in workshops or industrial environments is preferred but not mandatory.
