Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative Mechanical Engineer to oversee all phases of product manufacture, from initial design through installation and final commissioning. This role demands identifying opportunities for process enhancement, ensuring high manufacturing and product quality, optimizing cost-efficiency, and complying with regulatory requirements. Success in this position requires collaborative teamwork skills and a strong technical background. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and refining manufacturing procedures to achieve optimal efficiency, cost reduction, and superior quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and create effective solutions for emerging manufacturing issues.
- Modify and adapt product designs to fulfill requirements and prevent malfunctions.
- Assess project budgets and define project scope.
- Gather feedback and suggestions from machine operators.
- Compile detailed product reports and maintain thorough documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.).
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance of plant machinery, including air compressors and chillers.
- Proficiency with engineering analysis tools.
- Strong creativity coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication of technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Skillful technical report writing.
