Role Overview

This full-time on-site position for a Mechanical Engineer is located in Dubai. The engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing, analyzing, and refining mechanical systems and components that underpin the company’s operations and product lines. Responsibilities include creating technical drawings and specifications, executing feasibility assessments and calculations, selecting materials and fabrication techniques, and collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure that mechanical solutions satisfy criteria for performance, safety, and cost-efficiency.

The role also entails oversight of equipment installation, testing, and problem resolution as well as contributing to quality control measures, adherence to applicable standards, and thorough documentation of technical operations and project progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in mechanical design and analysis, including adeptness in CAD software and understanding of engineering calculations and standards.
• Skilled in managing projects through coordination and detailed technical documentation such as reports, specifications, and maintaining accurate records of design modifications.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude for mechanical systems with the capability to diagnose issues and propose effective remedial actions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an allied field.
• Preferred experience in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, or equipment maintenance within the industry.
• Familiarity with international and local engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, handle multiple assignments, and comply with deadlines.
